Your hair must be at least the length of a grain of rice. If you can pinch it, we can wax it. If your hair is too short, we have the right to refuse service.

Essential Beauty Spa has a 10 minute grace period. We understand life happens so if you know you’re going to be late please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you! However, Accommodations are NOT guaranteed!

If you don’t show for your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service total. No-shows can result in no longer being able to book with us. Please be considerate of our time and contact us if you are unable to come to your appointment.

If you are trying to book a same day appointment, you MUST receive approval from us. Please text or call us at 228-209-5410 before you book. We prepare our supplies the night before for our appointments so we may or may not be able to honor your same day appointment.
